While we encourage families to pick up their puppy in person whenever possible, we understand that many of our families are located across the U.S. and internationally. For this reason, we offer safe, reliable delivery options.

🐾 In-Person Pickup (Preferred Option)

Families are always welcome to pick up their puppy directly from us. This allows you to:

• Meet our team in person

• See where your puppy was raised

• Receive all paperwork, health records, and starter supplies firsthand

Pickup times are coordinated once your puppy is ready to go to their forever home.

✈️ Airline Pet Nanny Service (Most Popular)

We work with trusted, professional flight nannies who personally escort your puppy in-cabin on commercial flights — never in cargo. This ensures the safest, most comfortable travel experience.

• Hand-delivered directly to you at the airport

• Recommended for families traveling long distances

🚗 Special Ground Delivery Arrangements

In select cases, ground transportation may be available depending on location and scheduling. Please contact us if this option may be suitable for your family.

📦 What’s Included With Delivery

Every traveling puppy is provided with:

• Airline-approved soft travel carrier

• Veterinary health certificate for travel

• Vaccination and deworming records

• Signed contract and health guarantee

• Sample of current food

• Comfort blanket with familiar scents from home

🕒 When Puppies Are Ready to Travel

Puppies typically travel between 8–12 weeks of age, sometimes slightly later depending on size, development, or travel distance. All puppies receive a full veterinary exam and age-appropriate vaccinations prior to travel.

🧾 Payment & Shipping Policy

• Final balance must be paid in full before travel is scheduled

• A signed contract is required before delivery

• Shipping fees are not included in the puppy price

• Shipping generally starts around $300, with exact quotes provided once arrangements are confirmed
